How to stay toasty warm during your workouts this winter. July 14 2016

Aside from wearing your dressing gown, there are other options to staying warm this winter when you are working out.  A pair of gloves is a good start when running in winter.  Even our G-Loves with their cropped fingers and open knuckle design will keep you a little bit warmer.  Add some Hothands disposable hand warmers and you are cooking with gas (so to speak).  As an added bonus some studies suggest that exercising in winter burns more calories as your body is fighting to stay warm.
